To begin the return process, please reach out to us via phone or email. Kindly provide the reason for the return, along with any relevant details—such as photos of the item—especially if it is damaged or defective. 

1.3 Return Conditions 

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Products that are worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted. 

1.4 Return Approval 

All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to reject a return if the product damage appears to be caused by customer misuse or if the item does not meet our return criteria. 

2. Refund Policy 

2.1 When Refunds Are Applicable

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions: 

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery. 
  • A clear unboxing video is provided showing the issue at the time of opening the package. 

2.2 How Refunds Are Processed 

Once the returned item is received and approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment used at checkout.
